Hi there Fellow Engineers ,

i have some questions the struggel me now, which will define my career pass and i want you to tell me what you think out of your own experiance :

1. I'm currently been offered 2 great internship opportunities , one in a Great Construction Company in Dubai (Roads and Bridges) , and another one in also a Great company here locally in egypt a Petroleum Service one (Schlumberger) , and my past internships was 3 Local (including 3 months at my fathers company which basically work in OHTL high elect. lines and Power stations ) and one in UK at a Top Uni there, But yet My problem is i feel that my international training will not gain me the “Street wise” to deal with local Labour and the system , yet on the international level i saw many diff things that i really really like and things i think i can bring back and which will make a great adv.
2. My father's dieing wish is when i'm finished i will go and work with him , yet i want to work for some other companies (preferable Multinational) so to pick experience  and Skill myself , so when i go back to my father's company i wont be treated as the Boss Son , yet as the engineer who i am .
