With the global banking crisis, The Martin Wagner Group Dubai is presenlty searching for alternative ways to finance the Dubai Jamira Tower II project. In order to further look into this and what you could possibly have to offer, and in order to eventually establish communication, we would like to find out if you are providing these services as a principal? We also would like to find out if it is your own money that is backing up the concepts you describe.
Whatever, we will deal with principals only.We are unable to start negotiations with, or through brokers. If you are principal and you are willing and able to proof your offer to be of substance, and if you are able to prove earlier performance, then we are most interested to talk and meet with you personally.
